Processing times:

  • Canada: Currently, we can provide memorable shipping quotes to the following provinces: Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories. Please send an email to info@luxebco.com 
  • USA: Currently, we can provide custom shipping quotes to the following States: Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Alaska. Please send an email info@luxebco.com

  • Most of our items will take 5 -10 business days to process before shipment.

  • If you require anything sooner, please reach out directly to us via email at info@luxebco.com. We can upgrade your shipping options. We will also let you know if your desired items can ship immediately. Please note some things are made to order.

  • For orders placed on special sale days or holidays such as Black Friday, please expect a few more days to process before the order is shipped.

  • Anything on our website indicated as a Pre-Order will take 6+ weeks to process before shipment. A few pieces may take longer, please read over the listing for each pre-order item details. Please make sure you revise this before purchasing, as we only allow cancellations within 2 business days.

Where are you located

  • Our main office is located in Leduc, Alberta, Canada. We ship all of our orders from this location.

Can you upgrade shipping?

  • We can go over other options if you wish to upgrade the shipping method. Please reach out to our care team at info@luxebco.com 

Pre-Order & Ready-to-Ship Orders

  • Please note orders containing pre-order and ready-ship items will ship altogether when all items are available if you would like to have your split to reach out to our care at info@luxebco.com, as additional fees may apply.

Canadian orders will ship from our warehouse in Alberta.

If you are in the USA, please note that furniture will have a customs fee of 25% of the purchase value, and any item made in China will have a 10% custom fee.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

  • We ship Canadian orders via Fedex, ICS, UPS, Purolator and Canpar.

  • We ship USA orders via DHL, UPS and FedEx 

    How can I communicate delivery instructions?

    • All of our shipping carriers can add delivery instructions for a package.

    Do you ship to P.O boxes?

    • We do ship to P.O boxes.

    Will my items need to clear customs?

      • Our Canadian orders placed on our Canadian website are in Canadian dollars. Canadian orders will not pay any duty or customs fees.

      • Our American orders are processed in our Canadian warehouse. All orders can be subject to custom fees. Please email us. We are happy to provide insight into any of our products.

      • Furniture Shipping will be subject to a 25% duty fee for US orders. Please get in touch with us with any questions.

      • Items made in China will have a 10% custom fee.

    What is the shipping cost?

    •  Shipping is calculated before checking out.

    • The shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been shipped out.

    • Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

     Luxe B Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on our items. Once the order has been processed, we can not accept a refund or exchange.

    If you do believe there is a fault or concern with your pay bright or after-pay purchase, you will need to contact us.

    Madeleine,our Luxe B Co. founder was born and raised in Canada in the stunning coastal province of Nova Scotia. When she was in university, she took a chance and moved to California for an internship.During this time, her connection and love for the Sunshine State started. She quickly fell in love with the natural beauty found all around the state and planted solid roots on the West Coast for over a decade. Living by the ocean and residing in California inspired her to start her brand.

    Her ultimate goal was to make people feel like they were transported in their homes to a tropical, calming oasis- a reminder of a trip they once had.

    Madeleine actively works with her manufacturers to curate unique decor pieces imported from all over the globe. Her creative mind is happily at the drawing board designing for her brand.
